REFUNDS

Please contact Quirky Boutique within 7 days of purchase if you wish to have a refund.

Items requiring a refund after 7 day's will not be offered a refund, you will be credited with a credit note of the same value.

We will refund items if they are posted back to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. (this does not apply to countries outside the UK)

We are not responsible for postage costs when you are returning an item. You must return the items in the same way they were posted to you (i.e recorded, special etc..) It is you're responsibility to get the items back to us.

We will refund you the value of the goods ordered, not postage costs.
