Quirky Boutique posts all items out by 1st Class Recorded within the UK, once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email detailing the tracking code or your order. (UK only)

If you wish to have them sent Special Delivery then an extra payment made by you will be need to made to cover additional costs.

Europe, U.S.A and the rest of the World will be dispatched by airmail.

We aim to have you’re items delivered to you within 4 working days.

Please allow 7-10 days in the UK (up to 6 weeks for the rest of the world, although it’s never normally that long) for delivery of your purchase. We cannot guarantee items will arrive in that time, as once it has been posted it’s in Royal Mail’s hands.

Please check with Royal Mail for estimated dates.

If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will e-mail/phone you to let you know.

Refund Policy

Please contact Quirky Boutique within 7 days of purchase if you wish to have a refund.

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us in the original condition and packaging within 7 day’s, we will be offer you a refund or credit note. If items have been worn or damaged you will not receive a refund.

Refunds will be made within 3 days of us receiving the returned items.

We are not responsible for postage costs when you are returning an item. You must return the items in the same way they were posted to you (i.e recorded, special etc..) It is your responsibility to get the items back to us.

You’re refund will be the value of the goods ordered, not postage costs.
