How will you use my details?

You can rest assured that we will never share your details with a 3rd party. Ever. Your details will only be used for any orders or correspondence you may have with Quirky Boutique.

Is this website safe?

We use Paypal for all online transactions. Paypal uses the art of encryption, safeguarding your personal information is one of their most important priorities, that's why they automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer and their systems, ensuring your information is kept private. When registering of logging on to Paypal they verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. What are your shipping details?

Quirky Boutique posts all items out by 1st class recorded delivery within the UK (unless otherwise stated). Once your order has been dispatched you will receive and email detailing your tracking number. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to reach you. If you wish to have your order sent out by Special Delivery then an extra payment made by you will be needed to cover the additional costs.
Europe, USA and the rest of the world (ROTW) will be dispatched by airmail. Please allow up tp 6 weeks for your order to reach you. Although we dispatch orders several times a week we cannot guarantee items will arrive in the time frames given. Please note that if orders are unclaimed from Royal Mail and returned to Quirky Boutique you will be liable for the postage costs for your order to be sent out to you again. If there is any problem with your order we will email/phone you.

How much is postage and packaging?

All shipping costs are inclusive of packaging materials ie, boxes, bubblewrap, tissue paper etc....

Orders are charged at £2 for the fisrt item and £1 per each additional item.

What are your refund/exchange policies?

Please contact Quirky Boutique within 7 days of receipt of your order if you wish to claim a refund/exchange. If you change your mind about your purchase then please return the unused goods to us in its original packaging within 7 days and we will offer you a refund, exchange or credit note. Items must be returned in a saleable condition, otherwise no refund will be given. Refunds will be made within 3 days of us receiving the returned items. You will be given a refund to the value of your order and not postage costs you were charged.

When posting items back to us please use a signed for delivery ie recorded or special, that way it covers things going missing. Returned postage costs will be met by you and will not be refunded.
This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to a refund, replacement, repair, and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described.

Do you have bricks and mortar shop?

Nope, Quirky Boutique is solely online. This keeps our overheads low and our prices affordable. If we do ever open a bricks and mortar shop we'll be sure to let you know. We do however travel around the Northwest taking our goodies to cool little conventions and events.

Can I model for you?

At the moment we are not currently looking for models. If modelling opportunities arise then we will send out a newsletter with details, so make you subscribe.

How do I care for my jewellery?

All of our jewellery is costume jewellery, unfortunately it is not designed to last a lifetime, but if you follow these simple steps you'll get the most out of your purchase.

* Put perfume and lotions on before putting your jewellery on as it may cause it to discolour.
*Keep it dry
*Keep your jewellery out of direct sunlight.
*Keep your purchases away from small children in case of small parts.
*Keep your purchases in a safe please ready for the next time you decide to show them off.
